Silktuft is dead, that's the only thing that MistClan knows for sure. However, after a noble clanmate, Creeklily, was blamed... and then proved innocent on a small technicality, some of the cats of the clan are skeptical if Creeklily did actually have something to do with the death of their young warrior.
And now, Irisfrost's kits are missing, perhaps even assumed dead by some faithless cats. Everyone is desperate for answers, and the list of the accused is slowly dwindling. However, one cat named Snowsong, whether a cat likes it or not, knows that he is convinced Creeklily had something to do with the disappearance. After all, if she could get away with one murder, what's three more?
Plus, with being Troutstream's sister, the late mate of Irisfrost and the father of the kits, perhaps the clan believes something more sinister going on here...

Poppyspot is one of the most respected members in the clan, due to her intense wisdom and dedication to StarClan and the world around her. so, when Hailstar trusted her to investigate the crime scene of Silktuft's murder, it was nothing new. perhaps she had a thought that Creeklily did it. but after seeing the carnage and the proof that she found with Volewhisker, she had no problem standing up to Snowsong. However, after the trial, some cats still trusted her, while others turned away. It didn't bother Poppyspot, really. She knew that she was right. And now, she became close to Creeklily. Creeklily sees Poppyspot as an angel sent from StarClan, the cat that was able to fully gain her trust after the trial. But now, it seemed like she will have to depend on her advocate again. [the advocate] can be a new or existing character. Bonus points if [the advocate] also becomes [the romantic]. |
 | [the prosecution] | oriolemask The placeholder name for [the advocate] in Creeklily's bio is Snowsong. Snowsong knows what he saw. It was Creeklily over Silktuft's dead body. End of story. However, due to [the advocate]'s higher position in the clan, he was looked over. Shunned. Disrespected. He swore that Creeklily would get revenge for tarnishing his reputation. Now that Irisfrost's kits are missing, it is a perfect scape-goat to prove that he was right about Creeklily, even if she didn't do it. Perhaps, even, he was part of the plan to take the kits... and now he has the perfect set-up to ruin that she-cat. It is likely that [the prosecution] could have become paranoid after the war, which led to their obsession over finding cats inside their clan that are traitorous. However, this is not required. The character is completely open to the adopter, except it is likely that the cat would not be younger than 20 moons old, as they would have been a warrior during the battle between MistClan and RidgeClan. [the prosecution] can be a new or existing character. |

[the murderer] is open to any existing or new clanless cat that would have been able to kill an NPC MistClan cat named Silktuft, 11 moons ago. This is more-so just to allow an adopter to use Silktuft's death for their own clanless cat's "death count". However, I would love to see a possible plot of Creeklily and the clanless cat having an interaction to where Creeklily figures out they are the cause of all her problems. Only requirement is that they would have had to been clanless 11 moons ago, and that they rolled in garlic before the attack to mask their smell. Super simple c: |

These are the cats that have very strong opinions on the trial and whether Creeklily is guilty or innocent. 3 of the cats believe she is innocent, 2 believe that she is guilty. [the jury] should be primarily pre-existing characters. Written below is where each cat stands, and if they have been taken or not.  | brokenthorn | open Brokenthorn was Creeklily's mentor and is still her close friend. As written, Brokenthorn was originally named Rowanthorn. however, after attacking a fox to save a kit that had wandered from camp, their hind, right leg was broken. Brokenthorn then became a full-time weaver, but as her only wish was to have at least one apprentice during her tenure, she partnered with other warriors to complete Creekpaw's training. She is seen to support Creeklily's innocence during the murder trial. Her name, gender, sexuality, appearance, history, and personality is up to the adopter. She can also be subbed in for a preexisting character. Brokenthorn's opinion on Creeklily after the trial can also be changed. At minimum, she would have to be 42+ moons. |
 | [the romantic] | alderbranch [the romantic] is a slow-burn, friends-to-lovers romance plot for Creeklily. It is most likely that this cat would be either new of the clans or has known Creeklily since they were young. As time goes on, and Creeklily begins to trust others again, I can see her settling down with a cat once they are able to break her guarded walls. During this, Creeklily will form a crush on Flickerheart, even though Flickerheart will not return the favor. I could see this causing a little drama in the relationship, but then everything gets worked out in the end. Bonus points if [the romantic] is also [the advocate], as it would most definitely be a friends-to-lovers plot. |
