Silverheart's mothers both descend from a legacy of guardians, one their children were set to follow from the day they were born. As senior warriors of RidgeClan, they've taken it upon themselves to hold the clan steady while things get sorted out. Their personal opinion on Wolfstar and his holy war doesn't matter to them, all that matters is keeping RidgeClan whole.

If interested in adopting one of these two, please keep their names, ages, and genders the same! Cloudgaze is the she-cat who gave birth, and Nightfrost is the trans she-cat who sired the litter. Their appearances are up to you, though they should match their names. Whatever their personal beliefs are regarding the holy war are also up to you, though these two likely agree with each other. They are doting, loving mothers with a tendency to be a little strict. They both have good relationships with their children.

Sorrelstripe is Silverheart's sister and closest friend at this time. She's gruffer and less forgiving than her brother, though equally devoted to her clan, and just as courageous as Silverheart. Though she has a bit of an attitude, she's the sort of cat that others know they can trust, and that trust makes her very popular in the clan. She shares Silverheart's beliefs about RidgeClan's situation and hopes to keep her clan together, though is less forgiving about the cats who agreed with Wolfstar - including Silverheart's old friends.

Foxflight is a quick-witted, friendly tom with a sweet smile and strong desire to support his friends and clan. He's a bit of a pushover and can often succumb to his anxiety, but he's well-regarded as a good warrior with a kind heart. Growing up, he and Silverheart were as close as close can be, both of them harboring romantic feelings for each other. However, Foxflight never realized his feelings were romantic until after he and Silverheart had their falling out.

Personally, Foxflight didn't agree with the religious fervor that backed up Wolfstar's plot, but he did easily get swept up in the leader's plans. He regrets it now, especially after seeing how it shattered the clan, and is working to put things back together as best he can.

Foxflight has two siblings: Weaselsong and Rabbitfern. All three should be kept the same age. He has a great relationship with Weaselsong, even if they bicker or seem annoyed at each other often, and a more distant relationship with Rabbitfern.

If interested in adopting him, please keep Foxflight's gender and general personality the same. His name and appearance are up to you. Eventually, this character and Silverheart will end up as mates, though they've got a long way to go to repair their friendship.

Second born of the litter, Weaselsong spent most of his life trying to keep up with Foxflight's popularity and Rabbitfern's natural skills as a hunter. Like Foxflight, Weaselsong is a ball of anxiety, but that anxiety presents itself as a desperate need to control everything. At his core, he has good intentions, but isn't afraid to manipulate or scheme to get what he wants and what he thinks is best for others. 

Weaselsong had no interest in the religious aspects of Wolfstar's plans. However, he did like the idea of RidgeClan being in a position of power, and he definitely liked the idea of being in both Wolfstar and the oracle's good graces. His siding with Wolfstar was less out of true belief in mission and more because he saw how it could benefit him in the future. At this point, Weaselsong definitely regrets being so enthusiastic about war on MistClan, but he doesn't know how to begin to apologize.

Weaselsong's name, gender, and appearance are up to the player! His closest friend is Foxflight, so please work with Adrian to develop their friendship/sibling relationship. He has a bad relationship with his youngest brother, Rabbitfern, and is very close to their friend Shadowgaze.

Rabbitfern, like his brothers, struggles with a great deal of anxiety. It makes him quiet and shy. He much prefers to be on the sidelines than in the forefront, and, when they were younger, was happy to let his more social brothers shine. However, after moons of being kept in the shadow (as well as putting up with bullying from Weaselsong and apathy from Foxflight), Rabbitfern grew sour toward his siblings and their friends. The only friend he maintained from that group is Silverheart, who he's still friends with to this day.

Rabbitfern did agree with Wolfstar's piety on a personal level. He thought StarClan meant for RidgeClan to be superior, and agreed that MistClan didn't deserve the Moonpool. What he disagreed with was the violence, though, and ultimately did not join Wolfstar in the fight, even if he wanted Wolfstar to succeed. He is deeply grieving Wolfstar's death to this day. Slowly, Silverheart is chipping away at Rabbitfern's loyalty to Wolfstar in hopes to make him realize his hero is the reason for RidgeClan's collapse.

The name, gender, appearance, and personality outside of the general outline for this character are open to the adopter! Please work with Adrian (Foxflight) and whoever plays Weaselsong to work out the relationship between the three siblings.

Growing up, Shadowgaze was the natural leader of the friend group with a quiet charisma that made him easily likable and trustworthy. He's smart, perceptive, and constantly playing a game of chess in his head. He and Silverheart used to be close, but he ended their friendship after Silverheart made it clear he didn't care for Wolfstar and his beliefs.

The thing is - Shadowgaze also didn't care for Wolfstar and his beliefs. He saw the fervent piety present in Wolfstar and his followers as dangerous, a sure cause of RidgeClan's downfall. He hated the violence Wolfstar promoted against MistClan. But he was also smart enough to know that, as leader, Wolfstar had far more sway over the clan than he ever would. Thus, Shadowgaze devised a plan...

Shadowgaze's gender, name, appearance, and other personality details are up to the adopter.

Rowdier than the rest of her friends, Juniperbelly grew up bouncing from cause to cause to find an outlet for her energy. She tried her hand at medicinal training, guardian training, even dipped her toes into the pious life of cats who worked under the oracle - nothing stuck. So when Shadowgaze started extolling the virtues of Wolfstar's plans, Juniperbelly was quick to fall in line, hoping that not only could she find a purpose, but also bond with her brother over their shared faith in Wolfstar.

The details of Juniperbelly's involvement with Wolfstar's plot are up to you. I imagine she wasn't personally invested in RidgleClan's superiority, but more so looking for a cause to commit to. The violence of the attack on MistClan might have been enough to knock her off this path. Up to you! Her name, gender, personality, and appearance are also up to the player. She's originally written as being siblings with Shadowgaze, though she doesn't have to be. She should be younger than Silverheart (38 moons).

Snowlight is the sweetest of the friend group, though not the brightest. She can be endearingly clueless and naive, and thus Silverheart took a particular interest in protecting her when they were young so no one would take advantage of her trusting nature. She's a good warrior, but her skills line up more with MistClan's story tellers and "artists" rather than the burly warriors of RidgeClan.

For the most part, Snowlight only sided with Wolfstar because the rest of her friends did. She never cared for his holy war, both the violence and the superiority he spoke in. She does care about her brother Shadowgaze, and thus would do anything for him, even support him through zealotry she thinks is wrong.

Further details about her role in Wolfstar's plot, as well as her gender, appearance, name, and other personality traits are, are up to the player. She will be one of the first cats in this friend group to reconnect with Silverheart. She's originally written as being siblings with Shadowgaze, though she doesn't have to be. She should be younger than Silverheart (38 moons).

Hollyfur was a popular and respected warrior when she took Silverheart as her apprentice. Her first apprentice was a handful, so getting the chance to tutor a mild and dedicated cat was a breath of fresh air for her. She quickly developed a lot of love for him, as well as a close friendship with his mothers. Though she isn't a guardian, she absolutely involved herself in that part of Silverheart's training, ensuring he was combat-ready.

After Silverheart's accident Hollyfur, as well as Silverheart's mothers, helped nurse him back to health and bring him home. To this day, she nests with him at times, and works on refreshing his warrior training to prepare him for returning to the warriors den.

Hollyfur's name, gender, appearance, and personality are completely up to the adopter. Her age is flexible. She should be at least 68 moon, but still young enough to be an active warrior. She had one apprentice before Silverheart and likely has had once since.

Since returning to camp, Silverheart's primary friends have been his sister and her friends. These cats are closer to Laurelfang, but have rapidly become good friends with Silverheart. All four of these characters disagreed with Wolfstar's war, though the exact nature of their beliefs and whether or not they fought against MistClan is up to their players.

All of these cats' names, genders, personalities, appearances, etc. are up to the player. Please consider leaving Emberthorn and Stagblossom as mates, as well as Emberthorn and Dawnstorm as siblings!

Azaleathorn. Silverheart's closest friend of this bunch, save for his sister, and mate to Stagblossom. Azaleathorn is a tough, no-nonsense she-cat with a great deal of ambition. She may even have her eyes on a deputy position one day. She and Silverheart get along well and share nearly identical beliefs on RidgeClan's current situation. 40 moons.

Stagblossom. Much softer than his mate, Stagblossom has been deeply in love with Azaleathorn since they were young, and that lifelong devotion is something he and Silverheart bond over. He's sweet, understanding, and endlessly patient, so he and Silverheart have a good match of personality. 41 moons.

Smokefall. Azaleathorn's brother and resident grump, Smokefall is an endearingly difficult cat to get along with. He's a good cat, he just has his quirks, and can be quite fickle with how he prefers things. He and Silverheart have a friendly, bickering banter, and he often goes to Silverheart when he needs someone levelheaded to sort him out. 40 moons, or at least six moons younger than Azaleathorn, being born in a separate litter.

Littleshade. More reserved than their other friends, Littleshade is the quiet, supportive character in the background cast of Silverheart's life. They're incredibly protective of him, going as far as spending nights in the elder's den when he was at his worse, and may harbor some (unreciprocated) romantic feelings for Silverheart. 42 moons.

Silverheart's mothers, Nightfrost and Cloudgaze, likely had one more litter a few moons after Silverheart and Laurelfang became apprentices. I don't have any thoughts for this litter at all - it's completely open to potential adopters! The only note is they would have a loving family. Both Nightfrost and Cloudgaze are loving mothers, if a little strict at times.
