appearance
kit: an orange and black she-kit with sandy yellow eyes.
apprentice/adult: an athletic tortoiseshell she-cat with sandy yellow eyes.
At her current age, Plumkit is just as much a bumbling kitten as her siblings, but as she gets older she will develop a more lithe and athletic frame like her aunt Cinderstar. Her fur is short and primarily black, with a few smudgy orange tabby patches, and one faint patch on her face that is almost reminiscent of her mother's. Her eyes, while still retaining some of the blue of kithood, are quickly fading into a earthy yellow tone.

description
Kits born in new-leaf are sweeter, the elders assure Dappledfern when she moves to the nursery. Soon, her nest is full of all the flowers early spring has to offer. With warmth comes growth, and it isn't much longer before the tortoiseshell queen welcomes her three kits into the world, right on time in the blooming season.
The first born is a tortoiseshell just like her mother and aunts, her blend of orange and blacks nearly echoing her mother's half-mask. Her first breath of air is promptly used up in a loud, plaintive wail, and Littlewing laughs.
Plumkit doesn't get any quieter from there. She's brash, opinionated, and doesn't have an ounce of her mother's reservation. Her playfulness is reserved for her littermates; when they play with other kits, Plumkit is the one who sits aside and observes to make sure the play is fair and no one gets hurt. This doesn't make her popular with other kits, but at least if there's a problem, she takes care of it herself without tattling.
While her social life (or lack thereof) may be concerning, her devotion to her family is admirable and unshakable. She's always the first to volunteer to help her parents, and takes on responsibilities without having to be asked. Her hungry eyes may linger on the apprentices mock-fighting in camp, gleaning what knowledge she can from their battle forms, but her first priority is always her family. One day, she'll be strong enough to keep them safe.
personality
She's a spicy kitten, but will gradually mellow into a more stalwart temperament as her personality develops.
If there's a rule she disagrees with, she will make her opinion known, though she is always willing to be debated; it just takes a patient cat willing to challenge her stance and talk her through to different conclusions.

Pre-Plotting
"because i'm your big sister
and i won't let anything bad
happen to you.
i promise."
Plumkit is the eldest born of Dappledfern's litter, from the wanted ad "sprouting in spring." While she is still too young to have a thoughtful opinion about clan politics, she is most likely to develop into the Heather viewpoint as time progresses."because i'm your big sister
and i won't let anything bad
happen to you.
i promise."
Based on what she hears listening to the adults talk, she's highly suspicious of the cabin sect; if they present a danger to PrairieClan, shouldn't they be chased away? She will become frustrated by inaction, and may even try to take things into her own tiny paws. [plotting open]
Family
Even from her youngest moons, Plumkit feels a strong attachment to her family and siblings. She is very protective of them and is always the first to stand between her siblings and a potential bully, though this may backfire as she comes off as more aggressive in her youth.Friends
Her friends are her family first, especially at this age, and she doesn't go out of her way to make friends otherwise. As Plumkit gets older and enters the apprentice den, she will open up to more social opportunities.Romance
Toms were never an option; even as young as she is, Plumkit can't even imagine liking boys in a romantic way. She doesn't understand yet why it's easier to think of other mollies in that way, but there's plenty of time for her to figure it out.Rivals
Plumkit will pretty easily make herself some rivals over the course of her life; hotheaded and proud, she's always ready to butt heads with her elders and test her skills against those of her peers.Family
