Lichenflight's life has been a long one; long and, some would say, hard...
But she hasn't let her losses and injuries get to her though; you cannot control the things that happen to you, but you can control how you handle the aftermath - at least, that's her motto. So instead, she has turned her energy to caring for the next generation of her family: her nephew's kits.
In wake of Ridgeclan's invasion and with mounting tensions between all of the clans, Lichenflight can only hope for a peaceful future for her little ones and those close to her heart... and maybe try to insure it herself.
Click here for Lichenfligh'ts bio! Please DM me if you're interested in anyone.
Names are open to change, though I ask you try to keep the original reasonings in mind and not deviate from that (i.e. change a color-based prefix to a litter naming theme). Images are suggestions and links to get a better look at the cat used are provided at the end of each adoptable's section; if you want to change the image, all I ask you run it by me first! Unless specifically noted, sex and gender is open for each cat (if not, you'll see it noted). I also offer pre-plotting roles or ideas with some cats too, but those are merely suggestions as well.

SNAILTALON | open
Snailpaw, of all her siblings, looks the most like her late father, Claysong. However, this has perhaps been remarked to her one too many times (albeit not by Lichenflight) and so she has gone to great lengths to distinguish herself from his legacy as a sunny, optimistic sort that wasn't always the brightest but had a heart of gold. This has likely been a bit to her detriment, but does nothing to discourage her from being rebellious and snarky. She though she used to be attached to aunty Lichenflight, she has grown a bit an independent streak lately - this has been exacerbated the growing tension between herself and Towheefire (and perhaps the way her sister tries to hide their fights from Aunty is equally aggravating). HEATHERPAW | open
Looking so much like their grandaunt Lichenflight as made it easy for some in Mistclan to forget Heatherpaw's clanless origins and, honestly, they prefer it that way. All Heatherpaw wants is for their family to be happy and to have a peaceful life, which can lead them to the point of being very nonconfrontational; age has only made this tendency of theirs worse. As the tallest of the litter, it can be amusing (or ironic) how they tend to hide behind their feistier sisters when arguments break out amongst their agemates. They have high hopes to become a Weaver like Lichenflight, as they feel truly at home in the trees. Image here |
TOWHEEFIRE | open
While some would argue Towheefire is the prettiest of her litter, no one can deny she is the most outspoken and feisty of them all. She is fiercely protective of her family and very willing to throw down with anyone who has a problem with her or her littermates; she tends to hover in Lichenflight's blind-side, though would never disrespect her beloved Aunty by doing anymore than that to help her. She is a hard-worker and wants to make Lichenflight proud and, honestly, does not like most of her Aunty's former apprentices (with the exception of Junipercloud). As she has gotten older, she and Snailtalon have begun to buttheads more - though they two likely tire to hide this tension from their Aunty. Image here |
RAINSHADE | taken
Rainshade was Lichenflight's second apprentice, though she did not follow in her mentor's step to weavership, staying a warrior in Mistclan. In the battle with Ridgeclan, she came to her mentor's aid when Larchnose and Claysong were injured; in the aftermath, she lost several family members and friends. This has left its mark on her and turned more towards being a cat of the Bark, defending her clan to point of exclusion of others. Her new radical stance has caused a bit of rift between her and Lichenflight (though mostly one-sided on Rainshade's part) regarding her mentor's half-clanless kin. Is she the only one that thinks its odd that the three clanless kits in the nursery were untouched when true Mistclan children went missing? |
