However, Smokegaze's careful tracking yields unexpected results. Having found Dawnclaw at the stonemark, perusing Mistclan's history, he is reminded that Dawnclaw is not his enemy, but a fellow victim of the Holy War. Imbued with this new clarity, Smokegaze strives to take advantage of the situation and tell Dawnclaw of the Old Way, of tales long gone and traditions that shape the present of their Clan.
