Sanguine is a recent addition to the Kingdom, traveled from a land far away in search of his brother, and perhaps a new life. His life up until this point was bleak and grim. From a young age, he was trained to be his father's personal assassin, doing whatever was asked of him with little thought. Only recently has he come to realized how brainwashed he was, and now he's stuck between seeking redemption or fleeing from the only cat he's afraid of.
The goal for Sanguine is to settle into a new life in the Kingdom and not return to his father's clutches, though without enough connections in the forest, he may chose to return anyway. He may potentially try to join MistClan after some character growth and self discovery, but this is many moons away. For now, he's meeting other Kingdom cats, investigating the clans, and trying to learn the language spoken in this forest.

 | QUAIL | open Quail was born to a loyal member of the pack, who brought his children to Calypso the moment they were old enough to be weaned. Growing up, Quail's view of the pack was positive. It wasn't until he befriended Caius and Sanguine did he realize how terrible the pack could be. Since then, he's been dedicated to reforming the pack into something he views as good, returning them to devout followers of the shadows, rather than Calypso's army.  | KINGDOM FRIENDS | 1/2 open My goal is to have Sanguine stay in the forest, either as a Kingdom cat or a clan cat. I'd love some Kingdom cats (including future Kingdom cats) to help him learn how to be normal. There's no limit to how many Kingdom friends he can have, but I'm looking for two friends in particular:

 | MISTCLAN FRIENDS | open Eventually, Sanguine will meet a MistClan cat along the border and begin to learn about MistClan's particular brand of piety/spirituality to the woods, mist, and stars. He will get obsessed with this and seek to join MistClan, both to embrace his newfound devotion, and to join his friends. There's no limit to MistClan friends, the more the merrier! I do need one cat to be the first who one gives him a taste for the clan. They'll meet along the border and forge a friendship. This cat should be devout to both StarClan and MistClan, though relatively friendly toward outsiders, too. Bonus points if they're the historian or training under the historian. First Friend

They were adoring mates in their youth, but Feuilly began to sour toward Calypso the more she realized he was selfish and prideful, more interested in power than truly worshipping the shadows. She was 30 when she gave birth and chose never to return to the pack. Most details about this character are flexible. Here are some things that cannot change:

 | SIBLINGS | 2/4 open Sanguine has four surviving siblings in his litter. These cats would all be 34 moons old now. Every detail about these characters is up to you, except none of them can be all white cats, and they should have French names. The amount these cats know about the pack and their mother's involvement in it is up to you. Feuilly would've told them enough so they know how to avoid the pack - everything else they would've had to learn on their own, either by investigating or prodding their mother to give up more details.
